The Making of This SiteThis design of these pages comes from one of the samples that ship with GoLive CS2. You can test out the sample for yourself. First, create a blank site: File > New > Site > Create Site > Blank Site, then follow the steps in the Site Wizard.
Next, select the page sample: File > New > Web > Page Samples (CSS) > Software Company.
The page and its associated imagery and stylesheets are added to your site. Open the page and start playing around. The sample pages have editable regions pre-defined, so all you need to do is to save the page as a Template (use the pages's flyout menu as a shortcut) and begin creating your site. Smart Objects variables are utilized so that the headline text can be changed on the fly, CSS definitions can edited to suit your taste and more!
